For a decade of my juvenile life, I was plagued with pain. My legs ached.

It was non-stop. Despite the medications and treatments I was offered, the pain never subsided.

For 10 years I limped. The mental issues that came with that I’m sure could fill a book! I was chronically depressed, angry and apathetic. I cried myself to sleep most nights.

BUT, PAIN SHAPED MY LIFE POSITIVELY!

As much as I could look at this whole time as a negative experience, it has actually shaped my life positively for over 20 years now!

It put me on a mission to figure out WHY I was in so much pain, and eventually to help others overcome their aches and pains.

If only I knew older me in my teenage years!

Bendy Strength is a culmination of 20 years helping clients with fascial tightness through myofascial release and personal training. Couple that with 30 years of personal experience with lifting weights, calisthenics, acrobatics, and mobility training.

The number one thing I learned over that time is that consistency gets more results than anything... If you want to hit a handstand - do them consistently. You want to get mobile? Practice consistently.

Consistency beats intensity every time!

Of course, its a little more complex than that, but if you have A movement practice that is enjoyable, and someone in your corner to light up the way, then anything is possible, no matter how far along this journey of life you are.
